I really cannot recommend Strandside Natural Health and Kelly. When I first had contact with Kelly I was in a very bad place; both mentally and physically. She has single handedly guided, advised, supported and cajoled me on an almost daily basis and I dread to think where I would now be if not for her. I had seen a variety of health professionals and no one was too sure what was wrong with me and how best to treat me. Kelly inspired me to refuse to be beaten by my illness and the label that was being attached to me (interstitial cystitis). She encouraged me to seek specific treatments has made an enormous difference to which helped my physical health in just one week. She has also supplied me with a complex blend of oils/herbs which has made a fantastic difference to my mental health and sleep both of which were very poor and I was feeling increasing desperate. She has acted as my friend and saviour and has given invaluable advice on my diet and lifestyle to the point of sending me Kefir grains and explaining how to use them as I had no idea! She has been a wonderful friend, confidante, advisor and has provided unfailing support during my last difficult few months. I would have no hesitation in recommended Kelly and her natural products and advice. Since contact with Kelly I have been able to do away with my previous prescribed painkillers and my physical and mental health is so much better. I really cannot recommend Kelly and her services highly enough; she has been a literal life saver to me!  Kelly is now helping me with diet and treatments for Sjogren's which is helping.  I will always continue to follow her advice, thank you Kelly.
